Lexway has filed many Constitutional Petitions before the Superior Courts for redress against human right violations. The firm has represented families of missing persons through HRCP and filed cases which involve violation of fundamental rights which are guaranteed under the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973.
Society for Environment and Mangrove Protection Welfare Association (SEMPWA)
Lexway is associated with SEWMPA which is a non-governmental body in the field of Environmentalism. SEMPWA is a body of scientists and professionals who work for the promotion, sustainability and benefit of environment. It focuses on the importance of the environmental issues prevailing in our surroundings and protection of mangroves on scientific basis. It focuses on importance of the environmental issues, such as Climate Change, Global Warming, (air, water, soil and others by chemicals), Disposal of waste, Deforestation, loss of Biodiversity etc. Lexway offers its pro-bono legal services to SEWMPA and have filed cases on behalf of SEWMPA, which concern violation of Environment Laws before the Sindh Environmental Protection Tribunal at Karachi.
